A Mixed Experience
awkward doornoticeable noise
The room was clean initially. I found the bathroom door difficult to close properly. It never quite latched. This lack of privacy was a bit awkward. The noise from the nearby metro was noticeable. It ran from early morning until late at night and caused a slight vibration in the room. I would have liked a quieter stay.

the location proved very convenient (a real advantage). i found the cafe machine and capsules in the room useful. the hotel is across from a shopping mall with restaurants.
i found the sugar provided for the in-room coffee insufficient.

the room had a nescafe dispenser. the staff were friendly and helpful. the location is good with easy access to the metro and airport. it was a short journey.
the internet was problematic. when i call the desk, they said there was nothing wrong with it. me and my husband had issues and we are both experienced internet users. this is unacceptable.

The hotel's location near the metro was convenient, though the constant rumble became quite bothersome. the room size seemed smaller than expected for what was advertised online. I felt a bit cramped. the breakfast service was slow one morning. I waited quite a while for my coffee. overall, it detracted from the experience. the air conditioning was noisy!
